Preetam’s career in the Global Business Sector began in 1994 with a pivotal role as Manager of the Mauritius Offshore Business Activities Authority (MOBAA), the precursor to the Financial Services Commission (FSC) established in 2001. This early regulatory experience provided deep insight into the evolving landscape of Mauritius’s offshore and financial services industries. Since then, he has built a robust career marked by strategic leadership, regulatory insight, and a long-standing commitment to fiduciary excellence, culminating in the founding and leadership of Imara Trust Company (Mauritius) Limited—a premier provider of trust and corporate services. Preetam holds a BSc. Business Management from the University of Buckingham, UK and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Leicester, UK. He is also a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), a global professional body dedicated to advancing the understanding and practice of family inheritance and succession planning.

He is the co-Founder of Fleming Wulfsohn Africa Limited (launched in 2014).The firm was established to source, invest, and manage private equity and real estate opportunities across Central and Southern Africa. Harry a former Director of The Stenham Group for 15 years. A tenure marked by deep involvement in investment and asset management across various international markets. He is a Qualified Chartered Accountant, having trained and worked at Arthur Andersen in London, particularly within the Corporate Financial Services and Turnaround Division. He also holds an  Investment Management Certificate of the Institute of Investment Management and Research, London and a BSc (Hons) from Manchester University.
